UKASFP has followed the guidelines suggested by W3C for accessibility at primary level and more and while we have attempted to meet the needs of various groups of people we are also aware that people are individuals and your own needs are unique to you.
Visibility issues
By using your browser you will be able to increase the font size by a slight percentage – however this may not be enough for you to see the screen comfortably.
http://www.magnifiers.org/ is a very useful site with a range of downloads and information on everything from screen magnifiers and screen readers to text-to-speech software. The site has been optimised to be able to use screen readers – and if there are any issues arising please do let us know
We have also tried to meet the needs of other users by keeping colours to a minimum to allow maximum visibility and in addition use language that is clear and understandable.
Non Mouse users
The navigation menus and forms can be used by utilising the tabs and we have aimed at keeping the site as simple as possible to allow easy navigation.
We welcome any comments that would help us improve the accessibility of the site – please do contact the Webmaster with any suggestions.
