The United Kingdom Association for Solution Focused Practice (UKASFP) is holding its 15th Annual Conference in the heart of the vibrant city of Liverpool, at the recently refurbished and ideally located Holiday Inn (just over the road from Lime Street station and with on-site parking available).
As usual, the conference will offer a wide variety of fascinating and inspiring talks, workshops, plenary activities and skills materclasses from a range of illustrious presenters, on the theme of Building Bridges in a range of contexts.
Contexts covered include:talking therapies, physical health and medicine, critical, radical or political movements, arts, crafts, practical and physical activities, disadvantaged or marginalised groups or communities, evaluation of outcomes and social value, education, training and work, coaching and organisations.
Keynote speakers are Fredrike Bannink (building bridges between solution focus, positive psychology and CBT) and Alex Steele (building bridges between jazz improvisation and solution focused practice).
Come and join us to find out more about solution-focused practice, to revive and energise your practice or to catch up and share stories and successes with old friends and colleagues.
There will be music, tents, lego and outdoor adventure as well as lots of good old talking!!
The conference fee does not include overnight accommodation but there are a limited number of bedrooms at the Holiday Inn (the conference venue) on hold at a preferential rate of £96.00 per night for single occupancy on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th June.
