About Richard Storm
I am an enthusiastic and experienced professional. I am experienced in the field of school improvement and SF coaching, specialising in behaviour support and teaching, but widening my scope to coach people not in education.
I am self-motivated and work hard for what I believe. I have a wide skills set developed through; my teaching, being part of the senior leadership team in a Pupil Referral Unit, individual pupil mentoring, supporting individual teachers and whole school development, delivery of the National Program for Specialist Leaders in Behaviour and Attendance (PSLBA), in school training and the organising/presenting at county wide conferences, the development of SEAL, supporting schools around physical intervention, and developed a model for SF coaching incorporating outdoor activities
I am currently provide freelance support to schools and others through SF coaching, in-service training, running Nottingham's PSLBA, SF therapy to individuals, . I also work Part time for CPI delivering training in Managing Actual and Potential Aggression (MAPA) across the UK and Ireland.
I have a Diploma In solution focused brief therapy from BRIEF, I am self-building a large extension to my home, and starting a camp site. and enjoy outdoor activities. As you can see I like to be busy.
