Description
I am a brief psychotherapist in private practise. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling, and post graduate Diplomas in CBT and Human Givens psychotherapy. I am a qualified supervisor and professional trainer of the 'Advanced Coaching Skills for Counsellors' programme. I am fully BACP accredited and UKCP registered. Currently I am busy in my new role of Clinical Director for Reclaim Life, a not for profit organisation recently formed in Bedfordshire. I specialise in trauma and anxiety and am the originator of the STOP System for controlling panic/ anger attacks. I am fully solution focused and outcomes oriented in all aspects of my work.
