Tim has worked in Special Needs for the last 30 years, mainly overseas with Service Children's Education. He is based in Germany near Cologne. He has worked as an adviser for the last 18 years with a particular interest in positive behaviour approaches, empowering pupils, parents and teachers. In every situation there is a solution , or a germ of a solution, just around the corner at an individual, group, class or whole school level.
He has presented at conferences in Germany and in the UK. Recently he has worked with a team of surgeons near Wueppertal on helping to find improved working practice and atmosphere. He is the author of "Stephen Harris in Trouble" a novel for children aged 8-80 about Developmental Coordination Disorder.(Publisher Jessica Kingsley)
