Since November 2013, members of the UKASFP Accreditation Working Party have been working to develop a rigorous, transparent and accessible system of accrediting solution focused practitioners which is based on direct evidence of competence in practice rather than on training attended or hours of practice. This task has been neither simple nor easy, and the UKASFP is indebted to those members who have given freely of their time in pursuit of this end.
So, thank you Rob Black, Martin Bohn, Kidge Burns, Andrew Callcott Jenny Clarke, Steve Flatt, Steve Freeman, Rayya Ghul, Chris Iveson, Paul Z Jackson, Guy Shennan, Janine Waldman and Clive Whittaker.
The new system is now up and running! We have accreditors in place waiting to receive and assess applications at the limited introductory price of £150 (n.b. FREE for members who were accredited under the old system and those who kindly submitted their work to us while we were still refining the criteria).
We would also like to announce that the accreditation of the following members, who submitted their work during the pilot stage of the system, has now been confirmed:
Congratulations, Rob and Lindsey!
